As mentioned in the overview of our site, both our Jacksonville and St. Augustine offices are free-standing ambulatory surgical facilities.

The Jacksonville location is located across the street from St. Luke's Hospital at Southpoint.

Our St. Augustine facility is located in the St. Johns Medical Park on US 1, approximately 1.5 miles south of Flagler Hospital.

Both facilities are strategically located to meet the needs of all patients on the First Coast and can be easily accessed by private or public transportation.
